Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Accounts Assistant role located in Chicago, IL. The Accounts Assistant will assist in managing financial records, preparing invoices, and processing transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial reports, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role also involves day‑to‑day collaboration with the finance team to ensure the smooth operational management of accounts. Qualifications Strong fundamental accounting skills, including financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and maintaining records Proficiency in tools and software relevant to accounting, such as Excel and accounting software systems Experience with budget monitoring and handling accounts payable/receivable processes Understanding of audits, tax compliance, and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numerical aptitude Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal teams Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar accounting role is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr DANISH INTERNATIONAL HEALTH CARE (PVT) LTD
