Regional Sales Manager

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned, fourth-generation company founded in 1934, with our own cabinet manufacturing and distribution behind every showroom. We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Boston, Braintree, and Framingham showrooms. This job is about people. You'll coach designers into stronger sellers, keep the team steady when a customer or a coworker gets tense, and own the region's sales, forecast, and margin. What you'll do Set and hit sales and profitability goals for three showrooms, partnering with other company leaders. Coach, recruit, and develop 20+ kitchen and bath designers and coordinators. Work closely with our in-house construction team to help close and manage design-build jobs. Review quotes, open orders, margin, and commissions with each salesperson. Resolve customer issues with diplomacy, as a Norfolk brand ambassador. Lead CRM adoption and help us open new locations. Requirements 7+ years in kitchen and bath, cabinetry, or building products sales, with 3-5+ years leading a sales team. A record of meeting revenue and margin goals. Real enjoyment in developing people. Comfort traveling between our three showrooms. Strong organization, delegation, and time management skills.
