Service Desk Analyst

Utilize remote control utilities to provide remote technical support. Provide end user with updates on inquires not immediately resolved. Follow-up with end users to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Candidate must have experience working with the functions and features of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products. Willing to work shifts to accommodate coverage needs. Preferred Skills Service Desk experience required. Experience in providing high-level customer service. Knowledge of Track It System. Ability to work in a team environment.
