PATIENT ACCESS SERVICE REP, FCP - OSSC PATIENT CARE GENERAL

Job Details Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our CP-ORTHO, SPORTS & SPINE CTR facility. Job type: ON SITE. Full Time Equivalent: 1. Standard Hours: 40. Shift: Shift 1 (Monday- 8:30-5, Tuesday- 8:30-5, Wednesday- 8:30-5, Thursday- 8:30-5, Friday- 8:30-5) Job Summary The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. Experience & Qualifications A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary. Education High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Special Skills Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
