Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate.Summary:This role supports Marketing Communications webcasts, video shoots, and related multimedia projects by helping coordinate intake, timelines, schedules, stakeholder communications, production logistics, and follow-up. The Senior Associate/Manager will work with Multimedia Strategy & Production, marketers, speakers, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned to Marketing Communications brand standards.Responsibilities include maintaining project trackers, preparing meeting agendas and recaps, capturing action items, coordinating speaker prep and shoot logistics, managing files and version control, routing materials for review, and providing weekly status updates on priorities, risks, next steps, and decisions needed. The role will also support team ways of working, including proper shared-drive storage, naming conventions, and use of email for materials requiring review or future reference.Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. Experience in marketing, communications, events, webcasts, video production, or project coordination is preferred. Senior Associates will focus primarily on coordination and execution support; Managers may also own workstreams, manage stakeholder communications, and help escalate risks or process gaps.

Skills

• High School diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of general marketing experience
• Project Management or Event Management experience
• Professional demeanor, comfortable in a professional work environment as this will be hybrid, some weeks with productions days in office other fully remote
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
