This position is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping. MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) , including invoices and vendor payments
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) , including invoicing, payment posting, and collections
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software
- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding account inquiries
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required
- Strong experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bookkeeping
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred)
- 1st shift
