Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our Human Resources team in Duncan, South Carolina. This standalone role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This person will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions. Responsibilities Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems Assist with benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and employee inquiries Provide support on all employee relations matters Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role Preferred Qualifications HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus Experience working in a fast‑paced or manufacturing environment Familiarity with benefits platforms is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Gunnebo Entrance Control
