Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery Services supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expansive industrial experience, a positive attitude, and relevant work on the landlord side, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and organizational standards.

• Coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their needs are met.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.

• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
