Senior Property Accountant, Commercial Real Estate, (95K-98K+Bonus), Plano

We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Plano. This role is with a prominent real estate company that offers a family friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages Accrual and cash journal entries Review operating statements and variance reports Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis. Perform CAM reconciliations Interact and communicate with property managers Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Recent commercial or retail accounting experience Skills: Must be proficient in MS Excel Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
