Managethemonthly,quarterly,andannualcloseprocess;reviewjournalentries,reconciliations,andfinancialstatementstoensureGAAPcomplianceandaccuracy. Supportbudgeting,forecasting,processimprovements,internalcontrols,andaccountingpoliciesandprocedures. Overseepayrollprocessing,payrollaccounting,taxreporting,W-2/1099filings,andcompliancewithapplicableregulations. Manageaccountspayableoperations,includingvendorpayments,employeereimbursements,expensereporting,andvendoronboarding. Serveastheprimarycontactforexternalaudits,coordinateauditsupport,andensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandaccountingbestpractices. Education&ExperienceQualifications: Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,Business,orarelatedfield(orequivalentexperience). 4+yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperience,includingsupervisoryorleadershipresponsibilities. Hands-onexperiencewithgeneralledgeraccounting,month-endclose,AP,payroll,financialreporting,andexternalaudits. Construction,engineering,project-based,orprofessionalservicesindustryexperiencepreferred.
