Security Officer Active Patrol
As a Security Officer Active Patrol in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity, you will play a valued role in the location's day-to-day environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related duties throughout the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and shipping and receiving areas, verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with post orders and location procedures.
- Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and other conditions that could impact security-related operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
