• Capacity to maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and talent networks.
• Skilled at advising and influencing hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interviewing best practices, and selection decisions.
• Ability to guide leaders through complex hiring challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in adhering to employment laws, recruitment policies, and organizational procedures.
• Consistent documentation of recruitment activities to ensure audit-readiness and compliance.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Leverage data, market trends, and analytics to refine sourcing approaches and maximize effectiveness.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring transparent, timely, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a candidate advocate, building authentic connections that reflect Texas Capital core values.
• Negotiate salaries with candidates that align to market data as well as firm budget.
• Partner with hiring managers to qualify job requirements and define the interview process.
• Document all recruitment activities and decisions in Northstar, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring leaders on interviewing techniques, hiring practices, and decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows to drive efficiency and scalability while maintaining compliance standards.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning strategies.
• Provide regular updates to HR Business Partners and leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
