ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Navin Jiwnani - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Forward claims to the appropriate claims department for further handling, with empathy and understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, including timely follow-up to ensure customer needs are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience working in a State Farm office.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Pre-licensed required
