Reservation Clerk – Orlando, Florida What You’ll Do Customer & Sales Support Engage warm leads from RV dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada Guide customers through account setup, membership activation, and renewals Answer inbound calls related to reservations, memberships, and general inquiries Upsell add‑on camping products and refer upgrade opportunities Lead & Account Management Collect, enter, and manage leads in the RVD Portal and CRM systems Ensure accuracy of customer records and complete all follow‑up tasks Maintain working knowledge of products, promotions, and policies Performance & Service Meet call handling, quality assurance, and sales performance metrics Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow‑through Collaborate with team members and support overall team goals Skills & Experience Sales or customer service experience (phone sales a plus) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM experience preferred) Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently High level of integrity and professionalism Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.
