Director of Sales – Willow Towers Assisted Living United Hebrew is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth for our Willow Towers Assisted Living community in New Rochelle, NY.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leadership role is responsible for managing the full sales and admissions process, from initial inquiry through move-in. The Director of Sales will develop strategic outreach initiatives, cultivate referral relationships, conduct personalized community tours, and provide exceptional guidance to prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process. This individual will also collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to ensure a seamless move-in experience while maintaining an active sales pipeline and driving occupancy goals.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredMinimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industryExperience with assisted living admissions or senior housing sales strongly preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goalsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate sales reports and lead trackingAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgmentValid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach and networking activitiesIf you're passionate about helping older adults, enjoy building meaningful relationships, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
