Responsibilities

- Contribute clinical science perspective to governance reviews and senior leadership meetings
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of thoracic oncology, disease biology, and treatment landscape
- Strategic clinical science leadership experience across multiple programs or assets
- Expertise in clinical trial design, endpoints, and data interpretation
- Experience managing and developing clinical science teams in matrix organizations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with regulatory, biostatistics, and medical affairs
- Track record of standardizing processes and driving scientific consistency
