Billet Health is looking for a compassionate and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to support our Intake or Staffing departments at our Glendale corporate office.

Our coordinators play a vital role in connecting patients with care teams and ensuring every patient receives timely, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with incoming Home Health referrals
• Communicate with hospitals, providers, patients, and field staff
• Verify insurance and patient information
• Coordinate staffing and patient care services
• Help maintain accurate patient records and documentation

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and making a difference behind the scenes in patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• CSR experience
• Data Entry

Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
