Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Med Surg Trauma Unit

Our organization is currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join the Med Surg Trauma unit in El Paso. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the unit, providing support to bedside nurses, and ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based care to a varied population of trauma and medical-surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the unit to ensure smooth operations.
• Support nursing staff at the bedside to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage patient flow effectively throughout the unit.
• Assist in staffing, educational initiatives, and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications and Skills
