As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in supporting production and facility operations by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and setup projects
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts
Utilize computerized maintenance systems to track work orders and repairs
Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a related technical degree, or 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and basic electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment preferred
Self-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
