Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in clinical assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement effective intervention strategies.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization's standards and improve service delivery.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Facilitate open communication channels with various stakeholders to promote community awareness of our services and enhance the agency’s profile.

• Develop relationships with local and state organizations to foster partnerships that benefit our client base and expand funding opportunities.

• Engage in continued professional development by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and contributing to professional organizations.

• Promote the agency’s mission and core values through active involvement in program initiatives and community outreach.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including emotional distress, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues stemming from developmental or acquired conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and our services aim to empower them towards recovery and improved quality of life. As a counselor, you will play a key role in helping each individual navigate their personal journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• A valid, independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
