Director, Product Marketing

About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across their product portfolio and shape the narrative for their next generation of AI-powered solutions. In this high-impact role, the candidate will initially operate as an elite individual contributor—defining vision, positioning, and enablement from the ground up. As the platform scales, this individual will have the unique opportunity to recruit, build, and lead a world-class product marketing function. Responsibilities GTM & Portfolio Strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end go-to-market vision for major product launches, feature releases, and core positioning across a multi-product ecosystem. AI-Focused Messaging: Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate complex, AI-driven insights and technical capabilities into highly differentiated, value-driven customer narratives. Commercial Enablement: Create high-quality sales assets, playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence to scale the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Success teams. Market & ICP Intelligence: Serve as the internal authority on buyer personas, market trends, and competitive dynamics through rigorous analysis and win/loss research. Functional Scaling: Establish the core processes, operational standards, and key performance metrics for the product marketing function, with the mandate to hire and mentor a team as the company expands. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with a proven track record in high-growth startup or scale-up environments. Domain Expertise: Prior experience in adtech, marketing measurement, programmatic media, or SaaS data analytics platforms is highly preferred. Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success partnering with Product Management, Executive Leadership, and Revenue operations to align cross-functional goals. AI Literacy: Comfort or direct experience positioning data science, predictive analytics, or generative AI features into enterprise-grade value propositions.
