Job Overview Our Client is seeking an outgoing, organized, and automotive-savvy Sales & Customer Support Representative to manage and cultivate B2B customer relationships remotely. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this professional will focus on reaching out to existing business accounts, identifying key decision-makers, uncovering product needs, and introducing premium automotive accessories (with a focus on wheels and rims). Rather than aggressive cold-calling, this role prioritizes building genuine rapport, maintaining organized contact logs, and providing steady, professional follow-up across a high volume of daily customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Proactive B2B Outreach & Relationship Building Conducts high-volume daily outreach (contacting approximately 50 existing business accounts per day) to establish friendly, professional relationships with business owners and buyers. Identifies primary decision-makers, purchasing managers, and key personnel within automotive shops, dealerships, and retail businesses. Uncovers customer inventory needs and introduces relevant automotive products, accessories, and wheel/rim solutions. Establishes long-term rapport, positioning themselves as a reliable, direct point of contact for ongoing customer inquiries and orders. Data Collection & Account Management Collects, verifies, and maintains essential customer profile data, including buyer names, direct contact details, purchasing responsibilities, and key business preferences. Maintains accurate, structured customer records within the company's system to track sales opportunities and account histories. Executes regular follow-up schedules—typically reconnecting with accounts within one week of initial contact—to maintain high retention and engagement. Sales Support & Industry Communication Connects business owners with appropriate automotive product solutions tailored to their specific market and vehicle line demands. Communicates confidently and professionally with US decision-makers using clear, natural English and deep automotive domain knowledge. Supports Spanish-speaking accounts as needed to expand account coverage and improve client satisfaction. Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies Required Qualifications Automotive Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive sector, including familiarity with vehicle brands, models, classes (e.g., distinguishing an E-Class from an S-Class), and basic terminology. Knowledge of aftermarket accessories (especially wheels and rims) is highly preferred. Fluent English Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills with clear, natural pronunciation and confidence when speaking directly with US business owners under pressure. Proactive Outreach Capabilities: Comfortable making approximately 50 outbound calls daily to business customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, energy, and persistence. Account Organization & Self-Motivation: Highly organized mindset with the ability to manage a large database of contacts, track follow-up dates, and work independently in a remote environment. Remote Infrastructure Setup: Dedicated quiet home office setup, high-performance computer hardware, noise-canceling headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on background in automotive sales, customer service, parts counter support, dealerships, or tire and wheel shops. Experience in B2B sales or account management serving automotive retailers, repair shops, or distributors. Professional Spanish language proficiency to support Spanish-speaking customer accounts.
