Job Description

We are hiring an SMT Operator for our client in the North Attleborough area.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of SMT Operator experience , with SMT being your current or most recent position.
Proven track record of strong performance in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
Experience operating and troubleshooting a variety of SMT equipment.

Required Equipment Experience:

Pick-and-Place machines
Solder Paste Screen Printers
Reflow Ovens
3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems
X-Ray Inspection equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to identify and resolve SMT process issues.
Familiarity with IPC standards and electronic assembly processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.

Pay: up to $25 per hour W2 depending on experience
