The work itself is broad, covering closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, wide array of industries including real estate and construction clients. You'll continue advising clients, reviewing complex work, mentoring the team, and helping shape the direction of the practice.

The existing Partners all bring something different. Some are highly technical, others are exceptional relationship builders. There isn't one mould for future Partners here. What matters is that you care about clients, take ownership, and want to help move the firm forward.
