Job Title - Technical Support Technician

\n

Location - Onsite in Bellevue, WA (Local candidates only)

\n

Role Type - 5-month contract

\n

\n

Must Have Skills:

\n

\n
• Proven experience in an IT support role with extensive customer support responsibilities.
\n
• Strong understanding of Windows operating environments and extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• A+ Certification.
\n
• Ability to travel as needed and successfully pass a company driving record review.
\n

Responsibilities and Job Details:

\n

\n
• Provide hands-on technical support to business users, troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
\n
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and associated hardware.
\n
• Perform software installations, system imaging, hardware upgrades, and PC deployments to support business operations.
\n
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage, track, prioritize, and resolve IT service requests and incidents.
\n
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows operating system issues, Microsoft Office applications, and standard desktop software packages.
\n
• Install, configure, and maintain standard desktop applications and ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
\n
• Collaborate with third-party maintenance engineers and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with end users and providing timely technical assistance.
\n
• Support IT operations across multiple office locations, including occasional business travel as needed.
\n
• Participate in emergency IT support activities outside normal business hours when required.
\n
• Contribute to IT improvement initiatives and individual projects focused on innovation, efficiency, and service delivery.
\n
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced IT support team while managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
