International FinTech Counsel, an experienced mid-level attorney is sought for a full-time remote position to provide transactional and regulatory legal support for international financial products and services. Key Responsibilities Advise cross-functional stakeholders on multi-national financial laws and regulations Draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements and commercial contracts Research and respond to legal and regulatory questions regarding financial products across multiple geographies Required Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent 5+ years of legal experience in international financial products and services Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements in the financial services industry Strong knowledge of international financial laws and regulations Experience managing the expansion of financial products into new global territories
