We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Call Center Representative to assist patients receiving specialty medications. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with specialty pharmacies, and providing excellent customer service.

• Answer inbound and outbound patient calls
• Communicate with specialty pharmacies
• Accurately document interactions
• Assist patients with questions and updates
• Maintain attendance and performance standards

** Requirements: **

• Previous call center experience required, 1+ year(s)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Previous medical billing/coding experience preferred
