Information: Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds :12 Patient Ratios :2/1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :1 unit tech each shift and 1 unit secretary on day shift. Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) 2 years of experience ACLS BLS NRP FM AWHONN Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) RNC Meditech Experience Preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) Active TX RN License ONLY- temp License will not be accepted Procedures performed on unit: CIRCULATE C-SECTIONS Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN - Facility will provide scrubs Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible.
