Revenue Cycle Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the billing function for this growing practice. Leading a small team, you'll manage the full revenue cycle for a multi-location, multi-disciplinary practice. What You’ll Do Oversee insurance billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Lead and mentor billing associates, providing guidance on complex cases and best practices. Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean documentation and prompt reimbursement. Monitor KPIs (e.g., days in A/R, denial rates, collection percentages) and recommend improvements. Drive automation and process enhancements to reduce manual work and errors. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations while protecting patient confidentiality. Provide regular reporting and insights to the Practice Manager and leadership team. What You Bring 5+ years of progressive medical billing or revenue cycle experience, ideally in an outpatient healthcare setting. Expertise in claims processing, denials management, and patient billing. Strong leadership and communication skills, you bring clarity, accountability, and a coaching mindset. High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort with technology. Associate degree or certification in medical billing and coding preferred.
