Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Third Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 07:45pm to 08:00am )
Dedicated and experienced Night Shift Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for maintaining production flow during the night shift, requiring proficiency in machine operation, data management, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced factory setting and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
Operate and monitor up to three production lines simultaneously, ensuring efficient and safe performance.
Accurately read and interpret part prints, engineering drawings, and schematics to guide machine operation.
Properly label finished packages and carts according to product specifications.
Accurately enter production data, machine status, and quality checks into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Perform routine checks and adjustments to optimize machine efficiency and product quality.
Minimum of 6 months experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to accurately read and utilize a tape measure.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including part prints, drawings, and schematics.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Machine Operator experience
- Ability to monitor multiple manufacturing lines, including stacking and packing products
- Mechanical understanding, ability, or willingness to learn, how to read schematics and prints
- Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
