Sales Representative - Los Angeles - Craniomaxillofacial

Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales calls and operating room consultations in assigned territory
- Demonstrate craniomaxillofacial products in OR and office settings to customers
- Cross-sell additional products and support new product introductions
- Track territory progress and communicate results to regional management
- Provide product training and coaching to sales associates as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years outside sales experience, medical or B2B fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university with 2+ years outside sales experience (alternative)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate automobile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict independently
- Ethics and integrity in competitive, demanding environments
- Capacity to present to large groups and maintain detailed records
Compensation: 100% commission with draw, bonuses and benefits
