Customer Experience Coordinator TopShell Plumbing | Northern Kentucky Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekends Join One of Northern Kentucky's Fastest-Growing Plumbing Companies TopShell Plumbing is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our customers. This position plays a vital role in our success by delivering an exceptional customer experience, scheduling service calls, and ensuring our technicians stay productive throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule plumbing service appointments efficiently Dispatch technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed Communicate with technicians regarding job updates and scheduling changes Follow up with customers on appointments, estimates, and completed work Maintain accurate customer information and job notes Assist with reviewing daily schedules to maximize efficiency Help collect customer reviews and ensure an outstanding customer experience Work closely with the owner and field team to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Previous customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferred Excellent communication and phone skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with strong attention to detail Basic computer proficiency Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry is highly preferred Benefits $20-$25 per hour based on experience Health insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Monday through Friday schedule No weekends Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Positive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and support About TopShell Plumbing At TopShell Plumbing, we believe in doing the right thing for our customers and our team.
