Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments and creation of individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide staff training and support for behavioral strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform behavioral programming for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Work directly with students, providing guidance and modeling interventions as needed
• Train school personnel on applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods and best practices
• Collaborate with educational teams including teachers, related service providers, and families
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates to school teams and administration
• Adjust strategies and plans based on data collection and ongoing student needs
