Marketing Manager Location: 5690 DTC Blvd, Greenwood Village, CO 80110 Employment Type: Full Time Position Type: Salary Pay Range: $80,000 -$90,000 THE HIVE is a marketing agency originated out of Schomp Automotive. Our team is built to function as the agency partner for thirteen Automotive Retail Franchises across Colorado, Utah & California. We create digital media, print assets, and web experiences that separate our automotive group from the competition. THE HIVE is seeking our next big impact player. The Marketing Manager position is key to our success and connects our stores with the talents of our team to fulfill marketing assets, collaborate on successful strategies, and connect with our products and buying experience. This is an on-site position with short travel distances to our Automotive Retail Locations for our dealerships in Colorado, and with the potential for travel to our California and Utah operations. What You Will Be Doing Develop a 90-day marketing plan to meet each store's sales objectives, including, but not limited to, dealer events, sponsorship activations, inventory management, and strategic budget planning. Foster a meaningful relationship with key stakeholders at each store, ensuring transparent communication, clear expectations, and client satisfaction. Develop deep brand knowledge of each manufacturer under your responsibility that aligns with Schomp brand standards and manufacturer standards/compliance. Monitor expenses against the budget and provide each store with monthly expense reporting. Obtain intimate knowledge of COOP programs and budgets within each brand and determine what and how it can be used. Maintain a calendar of national and regional sales events, physical events in sales and service. Occasionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional or national events. Lead monthly marketing meetings, bringing key insights and strategy plans to the store within our standardized cadence. Utilize HIVE Analytics, a suite of BI dashboards to strategize decision-making and monitor the performance of downstream marketing efforts. Marketing Manager Background (Things You Have Done In The Past That Will Indicate Positive Outcomes) Four-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, CIS, Psychology or something similar. Previous agency experience preferred and exposure to managing multiple priorities/clients or an in-house marketing team that served multiple lines of business, products or initiatives. Demonstrable experience in presenting strategic, quarterly plans and results to key stakeholders. Experience planning and executing events or sponsorship activations is a plus but not required. (You will need to drive cool cars to activations at times) Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
