Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster a supportive environment for clients to connect, share experiences, and derive strength from one another.

• Conducting individual therapy, offering empathetic guidance and support as clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster personal growth.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

• Monitoring client progress through systematic assessment and feedback methodologies, ensuring that clients are achieving desired outcomes.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who seek mental health support, particularly through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise in working with this demographic will be instrumental in facilitating their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
