Revelation & Restoration, Inc. hosts retreats, gatherings, and guests at Riverbend Retreat-Fla, our private waterfront venue in Riverview, Florida. At Riverbend, we believe the service should match the setting: relaxed, natural, and beautiful.

We are looking for a Hospitality & Housekeeping Associate who shares that vision. With housekeeping and property readiness as the primary focus, this person will also assist with guest service, meals, retreats, and events, helping create a warm, welcoming experience through exceptional cleanliness, thoughtful details, and genuine care.

Part-Time | Primarily Friday–Monday | Schedule Based on Guest Occupancy & Events

Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, pool and outdoor hospitality areas
• Changing linens, making beds, laundering and organizing towels and bedding
• Maintaining housekeeping supplies and helping keep storage and service areas organized
• Preparing the property before guest arrivals and restoring it following departures and events
• Breakfast preparation and service and other support with other meals as needed
• Setting and clearing tables and assisting with catered meals, parties, retreats, and special events
• Welcoming guests and responding graciously to reasonable guest needs
• Assisting with event setup, cleanup, and resetting spaces
• Shopping, stocking, organizing, floral arranging, and property presentation
• Light gardening, pet care, or other household and hospitality tasks
• Communicating maintenance, supply, or guest concerns promptly to the House Manager

Who We're Looking For

Previous professional housekeeping, hotel, inn, vacation-rental, or hospitality experience would be especially valuable. More important, however, is someone who takes genuine pride in cleanliness and presentation, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and has a natural heart for hospitality.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, energetic, organized, gracious with guests, comfortable receiving direction, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
