Job Description Springwoods Behavioral Health is an affiliated acute care behavioral health facility located in Northwest Arkansas, providing quality health care to residents since 9. Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and effective care to individuals facing mental health crises for ages 8 and up. The position is a full-time Registered Nurse, with evening and night shifts. Pay includes a $6 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Registered Nurses promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and providing physical and psychological support to patients and families.
