About us: Especially Kidz is a skilled nursing facility located in Shelbyville, Indiana. Especially Kidz is seeking a compassionate scheduling coordinator to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents. About the Role: Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained Replace staff call-ins and call-offs Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart. Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas Nursing floor duties as allowed About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience. Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
