Our staff enjoys competitive compensation and group benefits including group health, dental, vision, life/AD&D and a 401(k) savings plan.Position SummaryKids Care Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is driven and who will be an advocate for our new patients seeking to start orthodontic treatment, is great at multitasking, steer our patients towards the treatment they need and offer them financial guidance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesA self-starter with superb organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate and neat, with the ability to multitaskAn outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written skills to explain treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements as needed with patientsA team player who can work independently, is proactive, reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage timeWorks well in a fast-paced environment, supports the office culture, and stays strong under pressureLearns quickly and has a strong desire to grow professionally in the orthodontic fieldCoordinate treatments, financial contracts and financial arrangementsSchedule and verify appointments for patients in person or on the telephonePrepare letters and correspondences as neededObtain and review patient informationAccurately maintain patient information in DentrixMaintain full schedules and an efficient office schedule flowAnswer phones, take messages, perform call backs and appropriately route callsContribute to marketing efforts and regular team meetingsMaintain confidentiality of business and patient informationDesired Profile/BackgroundSales experienceExperience in treatment presentationsPrevious dental front office experience highly preferredLoves working with childrenExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and computer skillsUpbeat personality is a MUSTAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailClean, neat professional appearanceKnowledge of Dentrix a plusDesired Profile/BackgroundSales experienceExperience in treatment presentationsPrevious dental front office experience highly preferredLoves working with childrenExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and computer skillsUpbeat personality is a MUSTAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailClean, neat professional appearanceKnowledge of Dentrix a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
