Compensation Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year Additional Compensation This position is also eligible for: bonus/commission/equity/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance. Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required. A passion for mentoring and developing others. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
