Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Case Manager Licenses: RN-CA Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history &bull

LOCAL rate is 15% percent less. Must have BLS certification must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association) &bull

Must have 2 years recent RN Case Management & discharge planning experience in a hospital setting
