Registered Nurse (RN) Evening

Company The Christ Hospital Home Health Care Schedule 3 days/week; 2:00pm–9:00pm; One on‑call/month How You'll Make a Difference As a Registered Nurse (RN) the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients. As an RN you will have the opportunity to provide one‑on‑one patient care and work at the top of your license. You will utilize your leadership skills in coordinating care and provide home‑based nursing care for patients as directed by an attending physician. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care and producing positive outcomes for your patient population. How You'll Work You will provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time.
