Job Description Job Description: This position will focus on Client required remediation tasks (PC renames, PC refreshes). The incumbent efficiently and effectively satisfies user requests and solves their problems while ensuring that departmental processes and quality standards are maintained. Follow-through and internal customer satisfaction are key success factor. Qualifications Qualifications: The Service Desk Technician has one year in a service desk environment. A+ certification is beneficial. Strong familiarity with MS Office 2010 - 2016 and Windows 7 - 10 required. May be required to travel to other facilities to provide staff augmentation or support. May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
