We are a boutique dental specialty office in Barrington, IL, seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our patient-centered practice.

About Our Practice
We are a small, highly specialized dental office that provides exceptional care in a calm, supportive, and state-of-the-art environment. Our patients are like family, and we strive to exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
Verifying insurance and coordinating benefits
Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements
Communicating clearly with patients and clinical staff
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of dental receptionist experience is REQUIRED
Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A warm, professional demeanor with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
