Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data accurately within the Peachtree accounting system
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify accuracy
- Reconcile purchase orders with bank statements
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain accounting-related records and files
- Assist with additional data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Peachtree (Sage 50) or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexible daytime schedule
- Short-term project with immediate impact
