This In‑House Marketing Representative role is guest‑facing and performance‑based, offering clear expectations, strong earning potential, and guided support as you get started.

This role is for someone who loves being out front—meeting people, starting conversations, and crafting a positive first impression. As an In‑House Marketing Representative, you’ll spend your day engaging owners and guests, learning about their travel interests, and inviting eligible guests to attend vacation ownership presentations and previews. Your success comes from quality conversations, thoughtful qualification, and accurately scheduling appointments.

If you’ve worked in sales, hospitality, concierge services, retail, customer experience, or vacation ownership, this role will feel familiar. Previous timeshare experience is excellent, but not required.

Schedule Details

Marketing Representatives work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, based on guest travel patterns and business needs. 

As an In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging owners, guests, and visitors in a professional, friendly way
\n
• Starting natural conversations to understand guest interests and travel preferences
\n
• Booking vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini‑vacation packages for eligible guests
\n
• Offering concierge‑style recommendations for dining, attractions, and island experiences
\n
• Representing Hilton Grand Vacations with confidence, care, and attention to detail
\n
• Keeping appointment and guest information accurate using approved systems
\n

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

\n
• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, concierge services, retail, or another guest‑facing role
\n
• 2 years of proven customer service experience
\n
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in-person, over email, and on the telephone
\n
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent
\n
• Proficiency in English
\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n
• Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experience
\n
• Experience in a performance-based position with a commission component
\n
• Background in luxury or premium customer service
\n
• Proven understanding of Maui Island, including attractions, dining, and tourist activities
\n
