JBM is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join its executive leadership team and help shape the future of the organization’s people strategy. What You’ll Do Lead succession planning and workforce strategy to support long-term business growth Drive employee engagement and alignment with company purpose, vision, and values Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into people-focused initiatives Build and lead a high‑performing HR team Oversee and elevate JBM’s Fair Chance Program and related community partnerships Implement and improve performance management, training, and career development programs Establish and track HR metrics and organizational KPIs Act as a key resource for employee relations, compliance, and risk management Serve as a strategic advisor with the confidence to challenge and influence leadership What You’ll Bring 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility Strong background in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is highly preferred Ability to operate as a “player‑coach” — strategic but hands‑on Confidence to contribute at the executive level with a strong point of view Why Join JBM You’ll join a company that is stable, growing, and deeply rooted in its values—with leadership that is committed to investing in people and doing business the right way.
