The ideal candidate will have an understanding of foreclosure processes and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare/draft legal documents. Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate/communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Assist attorneys with court appearances. Maintain and update case management systems. Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal. Paralegal certification or equivalent education. Knowledge of foreclosure procedures and relevant state laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
