Litigation Associate

Capehart Scatchard is seeking an experienced personal injury defense attorney to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of litigation experience and the ability to independently manage cases. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a collegial work environment.
