Join Our Team as a Contract Recruiter (Brokerage Team)

Schedule: Onsite Mon-Thurs | Remote Friday

Are you a dynamic recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? We are looking for a contract Recruiter to join our growing Brokerage Recruiting team. If you have strong recruiting fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for finding top talent, we want you on our team!

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Drive the Process: Partner closely with leadership to fulfill staffing needs through creative recruitment and pipelining strategies.

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Meet regularly with business partners to share market data, advise on recruiting best practices, and optimize hiring tools.

• Manage Offers: Lead the offer process, including salary recommendations, negotiations, and letter generation.

• Own the Cycle: Source and cold-call qualified candidates, handle interview logistics/scheduling, and maintain impeccable data integrity in our ATS.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant enjoys a smooth, positive, and professional experience.

What You’ll Need to Excel Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work/military experience).

• 2+ years of professional recruitment experience.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Great to Haves"):

• 2+ years of experience with Workday or another leading ATS.

• Recent high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Industry experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.

• Expertise in advanced internet searching, talent research, and direct sourcing.

• Confidence advising business partners and staying focused in ambiguous settings.

salary: $44.99 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities

Drive the recruiting process by partnering with leadership to fulfil staffing requirements through effective recruitment strategies, including pipelines for current and future needs

· Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools

· Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on all negotiations

· Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system

· Handle interview scheduling and logistics

· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience 

· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels

· Initiate contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions via direct sourcing
